In the upper right corner of the bully, check whether automatic upgrade is selected in the upgrade Settings (it is selected by default). If it is selected, the bully will automatically update to the latest version.

If automatic update is not set and you need to manually update it, click "Check for Updates" in the upper right corner of the Poison Hegemon screen to manually update it.
