Uric acid is the end product of purine metabolism and is excreted in urine. Purines are metabolized from nucleic acids. Under normal circumstances, the amount and rate of purine production can be regulated by the rate-limiting action of various enzymes. This metabolic activity is most active in the liver, kidney and small intestine. The main reasons for the increase of blood uric acid are: the decrease of renal uric acid excretion, mainly due to the decrease of glomerular filtration and renal microsecretion; Increased uric acid production; Secondary to other metabolic xing diseases, especially those caused by glucose-6-phosphatase deficiency, can result in increased production of purines and uric acid and reduced excretion. The cause of these changes is due to genetic and congenital deficiency of various enzymes, which affect many links of purine metabolism, so that uric acid accumulates in the blood; Secondary to other diseases and drugs to cause increased uric acid production, such as myelodysplastic xing disease, chronic xing nephropathy, tumor and tumor radiotherapy or chemotherapy, sugar niao disease, drugs such as diuretics, aspirin, ethambutol and so on.
